Key will be mailed out upon receipt of balance due. Cancellation notice of 4 weeks prior to Rental is required to receive full refund of deposit. Rules of the condominium association are enclosed and are to be followed during Rental. List of the feature of the cottage and facilities of the cottage community are also enclosed. Renter hereby assumes full responsibility for any and all injuries and or damages that may be sustained by Renter or by any other person as a result of, or in connection with this Rental, excluding normal wear and tear, and hereby remises, releases, and forever discharges Helene Weitzenkorn, her heirs, assigns, and legal representative, from any and all actions, claims, damages, suits, or judgments resulting from, arising out of, or in any way relating to the Rental. Renter also agrees to indemnify Helene Weitzenkorn for any and all loss, liability, damage, or cost that Weitzenkorn may incur, excluding that relating to normal wear and tear, as a result of, or in connection with this Rental. This rental agreement does not grant permission to use the owner's canoe and bicycles which are on the condominium premises.
